Whether it’s a Havdalah service or Shacharit, we understand the language – the timing, the ebb and flow – and have great working relationships with dozens of top industry planners in the business to ensure all runs smoothly. We know putting a bus or two for large groups of kids and out of town guests is much more than just showing up with shiny, new equipment. It requires lots of planning, preparation, communication, coordination, and proper scheduling.

Our Special Events staff and on-site coordinators will take care of ensuring all hands-on deck and a seamless delivery. We take our job very seriously and do recon visits of your service area to better understand venue entry/exit requirements, traffic flow, detours, effects of local events, and the terrain itself. This eliminates a lot of the guesswork so when we do make a suggestion, it is because we do these ‘dry runs’ continuously. When transporting minors, we do require two chaperones per bus and offer this service to our customers upon request.
